Jefferson’s primary aim in coaching, facilitating and speaking is the development of high-performance leadership behaviours, enabling the fulfilment of the individual, their teams and their companies through whole being, 3 Dimensional Leadership.
Since 2003, following a successful, senior, international, 23–year career in pharmaceuticals, he has been delivering Leadership Performance Coaching at board level and below across all sectors and has developed high‐level expertise in personal, team and cultural leadership development.
Jefferson believes that professional and personal fulfilment in today’s world requires the integration of the individual’s mental, emotional, spiritual and physical dimensions. This he achieves within the framework of the 3 Dimensional Leadership and ACT models he has co-developed with Nigel Linacre, his co-founder of Extraordinary Leadership and co-author of "An Introduction to 3 Dimensional Leadership".
Jefferson is married with two adult children and lives in Hampshire.
Louise’s work revolves around her core belief that we are all capable of deep personal change. Her mission as a coach and facilitator is to help clients ask the questions they may never have asked themselves before. Her desire is to create a climate of trust where people can have those challenging conversations which lead to true growth. Her reward is to see her clients reach their highest personal and professional path.
Louise specialises in coaching global executives and delivering international leadership programmes to individuals, teams and organisations with ambitions of international growth and integration. She has extensive experience in the international arena and has lived and worked in several different cultures.
At present she lives in Florence, Italy but works the world over. Outside work she is dedicated to her personal journey into self-awareness and unfamiliar cultures.
As a facilitator, speaker and writer, Nigel creates spaces that prompt discovery. His purpose is to enable people to lead their lives with more grace and flow.
Nigel co-founded Extraordinary Leadership with Jefferson Cann, co-developing 3-Dimensional Leadership across time, space and action. His titles include The Successful Executive, Recipes for Happiness, Why You Are Here – Briefly, and is co-author of An Introduction to 3-Dimensional Leadership. Some of his reflections appear in the International Leadership Association’s 2012 publication, Leading in Complex Worlds.
Nigel has worked on development projects in a dozen countries in four continents on World Bank and UK Government funded projects, he has set up and run businesses, and co-founded pressure groups and charities including WellBoring. He has run for Parliament and had a first career in marketing communications.
Chris is an experienced international leadership development facilitator, executive coach and Cultural Transformation Tools® trainer. He specializes in coaching leaders and facilitating teams to help them connect through discovering their core values and deeply held purpose. Going a step further, Chris believes that synergistic levels of performance can be achieved through the creation of a unifying, energizing vision.
Chris served for 19 years in the British Armed Forces receiving a commendation on leaving as being ‘the driving force behind a visionary and groundbreaking coaching initiative which has led to significant culture change while maintaining world-class operational effectiveness and highly respected standards’.
Chris’s passion today is supporting leaders and change-agents on their life adventures to help inspire the creation of an abundant, synergistic world.
Anne is a global executive coach and an accomplished intercultural specialist. She works with individuals and teams, encouraging them to realize their full potential. A positive, non-judgmental outlook and the willingness to stretch in order to grow is her own mantra, and one she encourages her clients to adopt.
Anne has over 20 years of international business experience with large multi-nationals. She has lived in different countries, worked across the globe, and across functions and industries, providing a breadth and depth of experience which she builds upon to give of her best to each individual client. She speaks 5 languages fluently and lives with her family in Stockholm.
Eithne Wright was with Extraordinary Leadership from its formation in 2008 until leukaemia took her in 2012. She worked with Jefferson and Nigel for several years previously before they got around to setting up Extrordinary Leadership, So there was only one choice as our “third man”.
Eithne not only managed our clients, she managed us, with enthusiasm and determination in equal measure, with utter reliability and a lightness of touch, with generosity and love. She remains sorely missed.
