Our programmes enable Extraordinary Leadership for individuals, teams and organisations.  All are customised for you, our clients, to integrate with your goals, your environment, your timescale and your budget.  Each programme, and each contact within a programme, is a unique journey of discovery in Extraordinary leadership.

The Extraordinary Leadership Organisation

Overview

These programmes are designed for those who, like us, understand that leadership is required at all levels of a high performing organisation to enable it to fulfill its potential.  This is especially true in a world of increasing change and complexity, uncertainty and shock.  Our Extraordinary Organisational Programmes provide the ideal opportunity for translating that perception into organisational reality on the basis of:

  • A common language of leadership
  • A common framework of leadership concepts
  • A common experience of leadership 

As with all our programmes, these programmes based upon our 3 Dimensional Leadership and ACT models.  They may also include our Extraordinary Leadership Performance Coaching for senior leaders and our Extraordinary Leadership Team Performance Coaching where these are required to achieve organisational performance goals.

Creating a Leadership Organisation

This programme is designed to provide effective leadership development at all levels of an organisation through a series of workshop seminars addressing the key parameters of leadership inherent in organisational life. It works at three levels simultaneously:

  • It enhances the leadership and managerial knowledge and skills of managers at all chosen levels, creating a common leadership language and understanding
  • It enables the managers to translate this knowledge and these skills into authentic, sustainable leadership behaviours
  • It establishes a framework for a leadership culture that can be developed and extended by senior managers
  • Leadership training works at the level of knowledge and skills. For changes in habitual behaviours, work also needs to take place at the level of values and beliefs. This programme works at all these levels to ensure the integrated development of leadership behaviours and capacity at all levels.

Several core themes crucial to true leadership development will be addressed in both the workshop seminars and individual sessions:

  • Self management 
  • Adult‐to‐Adult behaviours
  • Coaching as a leadership style
  • Influencing through leadership example
  • Living your values
  • Positive conflict management and energising feedback
  • Engagement and empowerment

The number, length and frequency of the workshops are customised through the analysis of individual organisational needs and resources.
